Pulse

Marketing that proposes, and waits.

Campaigns, content and outbound messaging drafted from your own book, reviewed by your client, and released by a named person who holds the right to release it.

Does

What it does.

Audiences are built from your own client, vendor and lead register. Nothing is bought, scraped or inferred from a list you did not collect. Where a source cannot be read, Pulse says so rather than reporting nothing as zero.

Every act belongs to one of six rights, which are read, propose, amend, release, publish and spend, held per person, per business. Rights only ever narrow down a group: a subsidiary can hold less than its parent and never more. A refusal names the right that was missing.

A draft, a proposal, an amendment and a release are separate, numbered states, each with its own record of who did it and when. Amending an approved version does not quietly replace it; the earlier one stays on the file.

A scoped reviewer sees the deliverable and its version, and can comment, ask for changes, or accept. Acceptance is not release, and if the work is materially changed after acceptance it goes back for review before it can be released.

Reach, response and cost are read back from each channel and set against the leads that followed. Where a figure cannot be read, it is shown as unavailable rather than as zero: a channel that has gone quiet and a channel that cannot be reached must not look the same.

Publishing starts propose-only and is promoted only after a measured clean run; even then nothing leaves until it is separately armed, and arming is the owner's act, not the marketer's. Money is its own chain: a recommendation, then a proposal with an amount and a ceiling, then an owner release, then reconciliation against what was actually charged.

For

  • Businesses with a client or vendor book they are not working
  • Groups that need one voice across several brands, with separate books behind it
  • Anyone who has to be able to show, later, who released a campaign and under what authority
  • Not for buying lists: Pulse works the book you already hold.

BIDA (Pty) LtdBIDA (Pty) Ltd

Client zero for Pulse. The audience, brief and content rails are built against BIDA's own vendor register; 293 briefs have been minted from it. Nothing has been published, because publishing has not been armed.

VATI CreationsVATI Creations

Yolandi Lochner's marketing business. Her working prototypes are the requirements source for Pulse and she is named as its captain; VATI is the intended first client, gated behind the BIDA proof. The service agreement is not signed.

Mark pending consent
Where Pulse actually stands. The engine is built and proven and it is not switched on. Its rooms are not yet reachable from the product, its publishing ladder sits at propose-only, and the publisher has never been armed, so nothing has ever been posted from it. Client sign-in and consequence still have to be proved by a supervised session with the person who will use it before Pulse is called done. Pricing is on request; nothing here is offered as running today.

Start

  1. Your book, your brand and your channels, and who holds which of the six rights.
  2. Pulse proposes. You comment, amend and release. Nothing leaves your estate yet.
  3. Publishing is armed separately, by the owner, once the propose-only period has run clean.

Pricing

Pricing on request, quoted against an agreed scope of work. Pulse is not on sale yet; a scope is discussed, not a subscription.
