Pressing Show my calendar sends the answers above to us so we can work out which obligations apply to you. Nothing is stored. No account, no cookie, no record — the answer is computed and returned, and that is the end of it.
We only store anything if you afterwards ask to keep your calendar, and then only your email address and the answers you gave about your own company. Never your name, phone number, address or ID number — we do not ask for them and there is nowhere to put them. You can unsubscribe or have the record deleted at any time, and deleting it also cancels any queued reminders.
The assistant lower down this page is the one exception. Questions you type into it are kept, for 30 days, so its answers get better and so that real questions are used to test it. Any email address, phone number or ID number in a question is withheld before the question is stored, and after 30 days the question is deleted. Those questions are never joined to your email address or to any calendar record.
If you ask the assistant to put you in touch with someone, it may ask for your name and your company as well as a number or an email address. It asks once, it tells you what it is for, and nothing goes anywhere until you say yes. Those details are kept under POPIA for that one contact and are deleted on request — they are not added to a mailing list.
Your yes also lets that person read this conversation. Every conversation is given a reference, and the assistant shows it to you when it puts you on the list. If you ask to be contacted, the reference goes on the record beside your number or address, and the person who contacts you can open the conversation under it — so you do not have to say it all again. That is the only thing that ever joins the two, it happens only if you say yes, and the conversation is deleted with the rest after 30 days.
