KRAGOS is a South African software-as-a-service product. The terms below are written to be plain and honest about what the service is and how information is handled.

Last updated: 2026. Applies to the KRAGOS service operated by BIDA (Pty) Ltd (Reg. 2025/700068/07), South Africa ("KRAGOS", "we", "us").
1. The service
KRAGOS is an AI-assisted business operating platform. We provide software that helps you organise tasks, produce documents, assess compliance, and coordinate marketing and advertising work. We may change, improve or discontinue features from time to time.
2. Your account and use
You are responsible for keeping your access credentials secure and for the activity that takes place under your account. You agree to use KRAGOS lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service or to other users' data.
3. Your data
You retain ownership of the business data you put into KRAGOS. You grant us the limited permission needed to process that data in order to provide the service to you. We do not sell your data. See the Privacy Notice for how personal information is handled.
4. AI-assisted output
KRAGOS uses automated and AI-assisted processing. Outputs — including drafts, summaries, scorecards and generated documents — are aids to your judgement, not a substitute for it. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving anything before you rely on it, send it, publish it, or spend money on the basis of it.
5. Availability and liability
We work to keep KRAGOS available and accurate but provide the service "as is" and cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by South African law, our liability for any loss arising from your use of the service is limited, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
6. Fees and termination
Where fees apply, they will be set out in your order or subscription. Either party may end the arrangement in line with the applicable order terms. On termination you may request a copy of your data within a reasonable period, after which we may delete it.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Privacy Notice
This notice explains how BIDA (Pty) Ltd, operating KRAGOS, handles personal information in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
Who is responsible

What we collect
- Account and contact details you give us (name, business, email).
- Business data you choose to process in KRAGOS (tasks, documents, compliance records).
- Basic technical information needed to run and secure the service.
Why we process it
We process personal information only to provide, secure and improve the service you have asked for, to communicate with you about it, and to meet our legal obligations. We process it lawfully, for these stated purposes, and no further.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run KRAGOS, under appropriate confidentiality and security terms, and where the law requires it. Where information is processed outside South Africa, we take steps to ensure comparable protection.
Security and retention
We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal information, and we keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires.
Your rights under POPIA
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to certain processing, or complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa. To exercise any of these, email hello@kragos.ai.
