The disclaimer above is the ruled one and it is live. The calendar it governs is still being built and is not on this page yet. Nothing here is a dead link: this is the calendar's own address, and the tool appears here when it is ready. If you want the dates before then, ask us and a person will send them.
The compliance calendar is free and requires no sign-up. It asks what kind of business you are, and it returns the statutory dates and obligations that follow from that.
It is information and guidance. It is not advice, and clause 12 of the Terms of Service governs it.
If you ask us to send the calendar to you, we process your name and email address to do that. Marketing consent is a separate, unticked box. Clause 15 of the Privacy Notice explains it.
The KRAGOS compliance calendar is information and guidance only. It is not legal, tax, accounting or compliance advice, and no liability is accepted for reliance on it. Dates and obligations must be verified against the relevant Act, the Government Gazette or your own professional adviser. An advisory relationship arises only once KRAGOS or one of its subsidiaries is formally contracted under a signed scope of work.
